We used this website to create the embed code for our blog. Simply browse to your image, then copy the embed code and paste it into your post using the "HTML" view button that you see on the left. Unfortunately you don't see a preview in the "Compose" view ... but it is there when you publish the post and view it on your blog.
If you get a warning about HTTP resources you can Dismiss it.
(note, we are using google Chrome as our browser to edit the blog ... there were issues preventing it working when we used Firefox as our browser)
